Food Glorious Food: A Culinary Gem in Tallahassee

Great food and great service! Sea Scallops were amazing. Crab Cakes best in town! Gnocchi was yummy as well! For dessert, I couldn't decide, so I ordered the Hummingbird, Perfect Chocolate, Carrot, and Red Velvet cake combination slice. Gave me a little of all three in 1 desert.

What a Tallahassee classic! I was looking for a new place with nice food and outdoor seating and remembered this. A beautiful place to have a perfect meal.

Wonderful little spot in Tallahassee. The grouper sandwich was fantastic. Husband had carrot cake, which he said was amazing. I had the marble cake. So good, but could only eat a little bit and saved the rest for later.

My Son (Tally Raised) Picked This Hidden Gem Of A Restaurant For Me And I Was Pleasantly Surprised With The Menu Selection And Desserts That I Definitely Will Bring My Wife And Associates In The Future ! (Casual Atmosphere And Great Service)*2nd Visit Had To Elevate My Wife To The Scrumptious Menu Servings And The Key Lime Pound Cake Was The Bomb On The Outdoor Patio !

I had the cheese burger and fries. A pretty common dish, but they did it well. The burger was seasoned nicely and cooked well. The fries were fresh cut. The service was a bit spotty. I felt like my server didn't have much experience. The entrance seemed odd. The place is in the basement. As you approach the building it does not give a restaurant vibe. But just follow the signs. Once inside it was a very nice casual upscale eatery.

Just finished a great meal at Food Glorious Food (FGF). Service was amazing thanks to Deanna. No chocolate milk for my little guy but pivoted and made him one using fudge which was quite tasty and son approved. Food was super good and inventive. FGF was kid friendly and converted their mackin cheese to a more friendly version for my son. Filets were great, grouper was terrific, and the gnocchi with blue cheese and bacon was life altering. I can say the same for the Key Lime Tart (OMG). I very much enjoyed the potato leek soup with crab to start. I highly recommend FGF and will be returning the next time I’m in Tallahassee.

Was recommended this restaurant from a buddy of mine. There's always some lil hidden gems of amazing eat spots in Tallahassee, FGF didn't disappoint, started out with the ceaser salad, and my wife had the filet mignon that was cooked to perfection, and really didn't need a knife to cut thru it, it was literally that tender! I had the caramelized salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes, with the mustard sauce, just a overall sneaky good meal and presentation. The experience was definitely worth the price, again it's another one of those hidden gems of our great city of Tallahassee... Oh and last but not least the Desert Flower and Blood Orange Margarita, was a lil small explosion of taste pallet goodness, on top of a nice thick slice of carrot cake

I have been to Food Glorious Food on countless occasions now and I am blown away every time! I’ve invited family to go and always recommend when I’m suggesting good food! Whether you’re going for lunch or dinner they have plenty of options-from bangers and mash to seared grouper-you won’t be disappointed. Also, try their key lime pound cake!
